T-GUIDE for Wolfcraft cutting bench

I needed to create a squaring jig for wooden boards on my Wolfcraft Master Cut 6906000 bench.

The supplied accessories make precise 90-degree cuts impossible, so I built a mobile top that fits into the T-guide on the bench. I designed a slider that fits perfectly into the guide and allows for precise movement.

The slider needs to be 600 mm, so I created two 300 mm sliders joined by a connector. For the sliding board, I used an MDF panel measuring 600x800 H10 mm. The slider is pre-drilled with 4 mm holes to accommodate 3.5 mm self-tapping screws with countersunk heads. The print was made with Sunlu PLA+ filament, which guarantees the necessary mechanical characteristics.
