Description
This is a protective back cover for the HappyModel 1S Series Charging Board.
Features:
- Safety: The original board has exposed solder joints on the back. This cover prevents accidental short circuits when placing the charger on conductive surfaces.
- Handling: Provides a solid surface to grip when plugging/unplugging PH2.0 connectors.
- Clean Look: Hides the raw PCB for a finished appearance.
Installation (Heat Staking): The design features integrated mounting pins that align with the board's holes. Once the board is in place, simply use a soldering iron to melt the tips of these pins down to lock the PCB securely in place (no glue or tape required).
Recommended Material: TPU is the preferred material for durability and grip, but it can also be printed successfully in PETG or PLA.
