Polaris Ranger Diesel – Parking Brake Handle
Replacement parking brake / handbrake handle for Polaris Ranger model 2020 (applicable to many others)
Designed as a practical fix as my original was damaged.
Has same hex orifice for the nut that stops it turning as the original and recess for the bolt head.
Printing notes (tested):
- Best material: PA-CF12 / Nylon Carbon Fiber
- Walls: 10 walls recommended for strength
- Infill: 40–60%
ASA: Usable, but requires high infill to perform well
