Ozone/Air Thread Cluster Jet for Spa 670-2550

Replacement internal diffuser designed to substitute the Waterway 670-2550 style hot tub jet diffuser used in many spa and pool applications. This model keeps the original functionality while using a cleaner, more print‑friendly geometry aimed at durability and easy installation

Drop‑in alternative for jets using the 670-2550 diffuser format (same footprint and functional layout as the OEM part). Simplified internal structure to reduce weak, thin sections that commonly crack or crumble with age and chemical exposure.
 

Material: PETG or ASA recommended for better temperature and chemical resistance in chlorinated or brominated water. 

I used plumbers' tape around the threads while installing with ASA and it has lasted more than a year now. I designed it to take the metal cover from the original if needed.
