Description

I needed a replacement router clamp for my Next Wave Shark SD120 CNC after the original clamp split when tightening the front clamping bolt. Living in Canada, replacing a $35 part quickly turned into a $170 expense once shipping, taxes, and duties were added.

Rather than pay that, I decided to model the existing clamp and share it so others don’t end up in the same situation.

This clamp has been printed in PLA and has proven to be plenty strong for regular CNC use.

Compatible with Next Wave CNC models Shark SD100, SD101, SD110, SD120(not for Shark HD), and Piranha, and designed to securely hold DeWalt 611 and Porter-Cable 450 Palm 1 HP routers.
