Thanks to the strength of TPU/TPE, add a much stronger ring than the traditional method of adding a ring to the 3D model 

Load the part onto the build plate.

Resize it to the correct size.
Export it under another name as stl or obj.
Clear the build plate and load the part you just saved 
Then right-click on the part 
>add negative volume > Load... "OSO-VolumeNegatif.stl"
Position the negative volume and slice the part.
Now all you have to do is print the subject in the material of your choice
and the "OSO-SuspenteXX" in the correct size in TPU/TPE.
In the photos, it's TPE with a Shore hardness of 45D.
The hangers can be resized in length from 50% to 200%.
Thus, you can print hangers from 30mm to 300mm.

In addition to the .STL files, you will find an instruction manual “Volume negatif.pdf”

Then right-click on the part
