Assembly (Important)

This model is designed to be secure, but please follow these steps carefully:

1) Screw the Base onto the Chili (go slowly)

The base screws onto the chili using the threaded connection on the chili part.

• Turn slowly and gently — do not force it.
• Because the chili is curved, the threading can feel a bit harder than a straight part.
• If you screw it in too fast or with too much force, it may crack.

Tip: Start straight, make sure the thread catches properly, then continue with steady, light turns.

2) Push the Green Handle into the Chili (Snap-Fit)

The green handle presses into the top of the chili as a snap-fit connection.

• A small piece of the stem may break during insertion.
• This is not a defect — the goal is a tight, locked connection, and it works reliably.
• After pressing in, the handle should sit firmly and securely.
