Safety Cover for thin variant Swann No.3 handle

Description
The original version of the safety blade cover printed for my Swann No.3 handle was too loose and wouldn't stay on. I measured the handle and found that it's one of the thinner (3.8mm) handle variants, so I've scaled the width of the cover to 91% which makes for a much tighter fit that doesn't fall off.
This is intended to be used with a 10A blade.
