This came in absolutely clutch this weekend when our original catch became weak and allowed the loft hatch to swing open by itself randomly adding a little booby trap to our landing free of charge. I scaled it so it was 13mm in depth once fitted and add to more supports to bolster the fitting for years to come, thank you so much for sharing this; saved me a big headache!
