I would be very happy about a boost :)
Hello, I am posting my designed PTFE cutter here which can be adjusted from 10 to 230 mm (or you can omit the sliding part and end plate, then you can pull the PTFE tube through longer!)
The sliding carriage is held by a pin, I also provide a version with a rotary wheel (adjustment wheel) but this requires more screws and a spring from a ballpoint pen!
