🕯️ Cauldron Backflow Incense Burner – Clear Resin Edition

This is a cauldron-style backflow incense burner, sculpted from scratch and printed in clear resin, then hand-painted. No stock models, no lazy kitbashing — this one took ages and I’m genuinely proud of it.

The design is intended to create a proper backflow effect, with smoke pouring down into the cauldron like something unpleasant is being summoned. Works beautifully with standard backflow cones. There is also a gap underneath suitable for an LED tealight to give it a bit of an eerie flicker, but you'd need to print it in a clear material for this maybe?

⚠️ Printing & Material Notes

• Printed and tested in resin only
• Not tested in FDM (if you try it, you’re on your own — godspeed)
• Includes a separate insert ring that fits into the top opening
  • This part sits close to heat and should be printed in a higher temperature-resistant material, such as:
    • Resin
    • PETG
• PLA is likely to sulk, warp, or betray you — don’t say I didn’t warn you

🎨 Finish

The version shown is hand-painted, but the model is designed to look good raw, painted, or weathered to hell and back depending on how gothic you’re feeling.

About the Designers / Commercial Use

We’re Lou & Phil, a husband-and-wife creative duo in our forties based in the North East of the UK. We run Darkmoon Curiosities, where we focus on gothic, horror, and generally unsettling artwork — both 3D printed and otherwise.
