This spatula for stucco is a small 3D Printed tool, designed for precision work on small surfaces, details, and finishes.
Description
The spatula has a compact and ergonomic shape, easily gripped with fingers, allowing good control during stucco application.
The working edge is flat and slightly flexible, ideal for spreading, leveling, or removing excess material without scratching the surface.
The back part is thicker to ensure solidity, while the blade maintains a certain elasticity.
Recommended Material: PETG
PETG printing is recommended because:
- it offers greater flexibility than PLA, reducing the risk of breakage;
- it is more resistant to wear and impact;
- it better tolerates humidity and light solvents, typical of stucco work.
Printing Guidelines
- Smooth print bed (without texture): improves the surface quality of the spatula, making it more uniform and suitable for direct contact with stucco.
- Fine layers of 0.12 to achieve a cleaner working edge.
- Medium infill (20–30%) for a good balance between flexibility and strength.
- Resize as desired based on the work you need to do
