✍️ Description:

The RELAX – 3D LED Sign is a modern ambient lighting decoration designed to create a calm, premium atmosphere in any interior space.
The bold yet soft lettering, combined with integrated LED backlighting, delivers a clean glow effect that works perfectly in bedrooms, living rooms, gaming setups, offices, studios, or chill-out zones.

The model is optimized specifically for LED installation, allowing smooth light diffusion and consistent illumination across all letters.
Thanks to its modular, print-friendly construction, the sign is easy to manufacture, assemble, and customize in color.

This design balances visual impact with practical usability — no unnecessary complexity, no overengineering.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

           1. Print Profiles (BASE)

The model includes two BASE print profiles.
In my case, the no supports profile worked perfectly - CAPs are on top so imperfections are not visible.

Use profile WITH supports if you want clean finish inside sign and to be safe.

           2. Print Profiles (CAPs)
The model includes two CAPs print profiles.
In my case, the tight profile worked perfectly — the letters stayed firmly in place without any need for glue. Letters A and E were slightly tighter, but still easy to insert and remove.
For users who prefer more tolerance, a second profile is provided with looser fits for letters A and E.

          3. LED Strip Installation
Due to the compact size of the sign, routing the LED strip can be a small challenge. However, as shown in the photos, it is fully achievable with a bit of care.

          4. Model Completeness
No additional parts are required to print the sign itself — only the LED strip is needed. All elements are already included, properly sized, and aligned within the model.

          5. Power Supply Recommendation
Using a power bank is highly recommended, as it greatly improves flexibility and allows the sign to be placed almost anywhere. Naturally, it also works when connected directly to a standard power outlet.

🛠 Print Instructions / Assembly

Print Setup

• Two CAPs profiles included
  • Tight: letters hold securely without glue
  • Loose: optimized fit for letters A and E

Assembly

1. Route the LED strip carefully due to the compact internal space.
2. Secure the LED strip as needed (adhesive backing recommended).
3. Insert letters caps into the main body (press-fit).

Power

• Recommended: power bank for maximum flexibility
• Alternative: standard wall power supply
