Arknights Amiya Stardust Dream skin weapon

First of all, Happy New Year everyone!

Amiya's new skin is out, and her new outfit is very popular. This sword is incredibly cool, so I worked overtime every day after work to create it. While maintaining a 1:1 scale and ensuring strength, I also managed to lightweight it
 

Filament used is Dajian's PETG in black and white (Dajian's PETG filament flow rate is set to 95%. Please pay attention to filament settings when printing)

The sword blade is designed with multiple segments for splicing. You can splice them according to the desired length. Please pay attention to the assembly order (It is recommended to print after drying the filament, as tolerances are small and parts might not separate after splicing)

For the sake of security, it is recommended to use super glue to secure the pin connections between the hilt and various parts of the blade, and strictly follow the pin model dimensions in the instructions for installation

Update: Added print profiles where steel pipes can be inserted into the blade for support. 4mm and 9mm, 1-meter long steel pipes can be used respectively

Side note:
Due to the 1:1 scale reproduction, the diameter of the hilt alone reaches a full 6cm!!! And the total length is an impressive 160cm!! (In-game character illustration below)

I incorporated some of my own ideas into the hilt and blade. Unlike Amiya's longswords found on other platforms, I added slopes and carved details to it, making it look even better under natural light or spotlights (for cosplay photos)
