If you want to use a printer with a smaller build plate that a P1S, you will most likely need to scale it down (roughly 250 x 250 x 250, though height wont matter too much). Glue is pretty much required, i have created sort of ‘mortise and tenons’ but they are just for aligning, although arguably tight tolerances. Even though they are sort of tight, it is so heavy at the end, and the leverage is too much for a joint held together by just friction, so glue is necessary.
