Description
Parametric washer / spacer.
Use MakerWorld’s Customize button to generate a washer that fits your exact needs (great for shims, spacing, or quick hardware fixes).
You can customize:
- Inner diameter (includes a pre-applied +0.2 mm clearance automatically)
- Outer diameter
- Height / Thickness
How to use it:
- Measure the bolt/shaft diameter and enter it as Inner_Diameter (the model will add +0.2 mm clearance).
- Adjust Outer_Diameter and height depending on the load and the surface you want to support.
Printing notes:
- Prints flat, no supports.
- Because it’s a small part, I recommend 100% infill (or close to it) for consistency and strength.
