Description

Print one lever (with supports!), and one of the inlays to attach the thread bolt via:

  1. Inlay for a countersunk screw (M4, M3 will also work). Insert when the inlay is in the lever, there is a hole for it.
  2. Inlay for M4 nut
  3. Inlay for M3 nut
  4. Inlay for M4 heat insert
  5. inlay for M3 insert

Print with at least 4 walls and 100% infill - doen't affect time or material consumption much, but you don't want any weak parts. Works well with PLA or PETG - if your inlays break, your layer adhesion might not be the best - maybe try TPU for the inlay then!

Please write me if you have questions.

Update 5.1.2026:

  • Added new lever model that opens only 90° and not 180°, and has 1mm clamping range. Hole for screw head is a little bigger now with 9mm vs 8mm. Uses less supports.
  • Added washers for 2mm and 4mm. I highly recommend printing them in TPU (Standard Settings - 2 walls, 10-15% infill) and place them under the lever. They act as a spring and prevent the levers from rotating in open state. Feels much better!
