Philadelphia Eagles Spinning Rally Chain
Looking for something to wear as you chant E-A-G-L-E-S!? Look no further, the Philadelphia Eagles Spinning Rally Chain is here!
This spinning rally chain uses a 608 Bearing to spin the football and superglue to hold it together. It's uploaded and ready to hit print. I am using the Logo Posts and Middle Post as flush objects to cut down on any extra waste.
Colors Used:
These are the colors I used to print this chain.
- Dark Green: eSun Pine Green
- Black: Sunlu PLA 2.0 Black
- Silver: eSun PLA Basic Silver
- White: Sunlu PLA 2.0 White
Building Your Chain
Once everything has been printed, follow the steps below to put your rally chain together.
- Glue the Middle Post to the Base
- Glue the Logo Posts to the Logo
- Put a 608 Bearing into the middle of the football
- Note: The bearing hole will be a tight fit, but I promise it fits. I typically put the bearing part way in then use my palm and weight to push it all the way in. It should be flush with the football
- Glue 2 Nickels into the hole of the football
- Note: This is so the football is balanced to always have the laces up, it is optional though.
- Glue the single Logo Post to the Base
- Once everything has dried, put the Football on the Middle Post
- Glue the bottoms of the Logo Posts and put the Logo and Logo Posts on top.
- Note: You should hear a click when everything is in place. I will typically place a 5 pound weight on it for a bit to make sure it sets correctly.
- Once everything has dried again, print some links and get to spinning!
