⛪ Ruined Chapel – Tabletop Terrain Element

This ruined chapel is a detailed tabletop terrain element for pen-&-paper role-playing games, Dungeons & Dragons, and fantasy skirmish games.
It is perfect as a central ruin, forgotten place of worship, sacred site, or setting for dramatic encounters and boss battles.

The terrain features a partially collapsed church with:

  • massive entrance portal and steps
  • open archways and window openings
  • a large, walkable courtyard
  • a stone altar inside
  • realistic rubble and ground design

Boost Me (for free)

✨ If you like this model, I'd be super happy about a boost – it helps me share more cool projects! 🙌

The open design allows for free movement, clear lines of sight, and multiple levels, optimally supporting both tactical battles and atmospheric role-playing scenes.

The design is deliberately robust, solid, and 3D print optimized.
No filigree railings or extremely thin details – this makes the model stable in gameplay, easy to paint, and suitable for printing large terrain pieces.

Features

  • Large ruined chapel as a central battlefield element
  • Walkable interior with architectural details
  • Strong story and scene focus
  • Optimized for tabletop scale (28–32 mm)
  • Ideal for dungeons, ruins, cemeteries, and campaign highlights

An ideal terrain piece for game masters who want to instantly bring atmosphere, structure, and narrative depth to the gaming table with a single element.

still love it but I'm struggling to paint it..bad. is it stone wood half n half? the details are blurry and hard to make out for fine model painting. short of the picture that inspired this peice I think it's a dead project which truly destroys me. This is one of those rare models that when it's done, you know the designer knows his stuff!! 14+hours and I can't find a flaw anywhere. the supports, bro teach me! this is hands down one of my favorites out of thousands of prints. 5 stars and boosted doesn't come close to giving the creator credit. 10 stars easy! awesome design, phenomenal print profile.. 0 negative things other than the wait to print. normally I wait to post until after paint but I'm so stoked at everything, I couldn't wait. owe you big chief! will be printing more and recommending this model to as many as possible. Seriously, thanks dude. this will be a diorama with a real angel and broken man praying.

You don't happen to have the stl/print profile for the ruins in the cover photo?

Hello, of course I have the STL file. You can also find it as part of the 3mf file. What do you need it for

Back wall is different. Wall texture is completely different (looks like a bad 3d scan). See attached photo. Ground texture is different. Even shape of the base is different.
