Description
Sealed Magnetic Poop Container (H2D / H2S / H2C Compatible)
A compact, sealed magnetic poop container for the H2D printer, and it should also fit the H2S and H2C models (including the laser variants).
There are already a lot of options out there, but many of them either use more filament than necessary or add extra features that I personally did not need (like long poop slides). My main goal was to keep it simple, light, and easy to live with. I also wanted to make sure there is no easy path for ABS (and other plastic) odors to escape from the build chamber through the poop chute opening.
Why this one?
- No unscrewing of the original back panel screws
- Quick attachment and removal (magnetic)
- Sealing option using 5 mm x 1 mm foam tape to reduce smell from the chute opening
- Minimal material use (walls are 1 mm thick)
- Clean design that does not block the ventilation openings or restrict airflow for the built-in air pump
Notes
- Built-in modeled support for the top bridging (easy to remove after printing)
- Max 45° overhangs
- No additional supports required
- Recommended material: ABS / ASA
Hardware and tools
- 6 mm x 3 mm magnets (10 pcs)
- Super glue (to secure the magnets)
- 5 mm x 1 mm foam tape (to seal the chute opening)
Assembly

- Carefully remove the built-in support (marked in red in the image).
- Add a tiny dab of super glue and press the magnets into the hexagonal slots.
- Cut foam tape to length and stick it around the sealing area.
Attachment
- Align the two “ears” with the top of the poop chute opening, then let the magnets snap it into place.
