Organize and protect your power! I have designed and optimized a print profile for these 18650 Li-ion battery storage boxes. Whether you need a compact 4-cell carrier or a larger 10-cell desktop organizer, these boxes provide a perfect fit and safe storage environment.

🛠️ Assembly Instructions: Quick & Easy

One of the best features of this design is the simplified assembly. No screws or hardware are needed!

  • Step 1: Align the lid hinge with the box hinge.
  • Step 2: Snip a small piece of any standard 1.75mm filament.
  • Step 3: Insert the filament through the hinge holes to act as the pivot pin.
  • Step 4: Trim the ends, and you’re done!

  3. Filament Hinge System: By using a piece of filament for the hinge, the box is more durable than a "living hinge" (which can snap over time) and cheaper than buying metal hardware.
