- Step 1: Align the lid hinge with the box hinge.
- Step 2: Snip a small piece of any standard 1.75mm filament.
- Step 3: Insert the filament through the hinge holes to act as the pivot pin.
- Step 4: Trim the ends, and youâre done!

- Internal Stabilization: As seen in the photos, the lid features integrated diamond-shaped pressure pads. These hold the batteries firmly in place, preventing rattling and movement during transport.
- Filament Hinge System: By using a piece of filament for the hinge, the box is more durable than a "living hinge" (which can snap over time) and cheaper than buying metal hardware.
- Customizable Capacity: The design is modular, allowing you to print the exact size you need (4x, 8x, or 10x configurations) to save space in your bag or drawer.
