Using a P2S it failed twice at the exact same spot.Looks like the print head hits the print. I see other people have had successful prints so it must be a me thing.

This is very strange, but I advise you to change the infill to Gyroid and enable the "avoid crossing perimeters" option. Try testing it, cut the part in half and try printing a bit below where the error occurs

I'm sorry to hear that, I've made a few for myself and they printed without errors. If you try again, try adding the brim and reducing the speed. When I have time I will make changes
