Well, I worked on tweaking the coloring and have printed this on my Snapmaker U1. All in all, I am pleased with the result. I didn't have the right shade of green/Turquoise and a deeper red would have been nice. I could have spent more time tweaking the coloring of the object. But, it has been a great color swapping test for my printer. Thank you for sharing this model.

Wow, it looks amazing. how much time did it took to print? you can share the profile if you want. I took down the colored profile because it wasn't perfect and i didnt actually printed it.

It took 12 hours to print. I am new to 3d printing and am working on testing out my new Snapmaker U1. So, with some additional tuning I probably could shorten the time a bit. I did the painting in Orca slicer and it definitely could use some additional tweaking (my patience was waning). But I will try to share my file for you or someone else to continue this journey. Thank you for the compliment.

is this AI generated? the multi-color version looks off.. and the overall shape of the model looks off

I cant do a color fade out with the slicer painting..i didnt think anyone would multicolor print it as it not efficient at all, paint it with acrylic paint. that multicolor print is for inspiration and color distribution, these colors are symbolic for egyptians. Falcon shape is AI generated, then alot of details modeled in blender after. i tried a crown on the falcon's head but i didnt like it so i erased it. i didnt correct the details there because it is on top of the print, where the small details are not 3D printed. I prefered to upload it more detailed but with small imperfections I am not pro in blender, its just a hobby to design stuff.

I definitely do multi color (on snapmaker) as it has no waste besides prime tower and supports… would be cool to have it fully painted

I am sorry it didnt printed perfectly, It did not happen to me. I would want to see if other people have this issue and i could change the top layer number. Silk filament is a bit more difficult to print at times, if its not dried enough, or you lower the speed too much to get better color and reflection..

Is this modeled after a real scepter or is it your creation? I am trying to find the original artifact to use to color the details and was curious. I have not been able to find a Scepter of Horus that could inform me. At any rate... it is very nicely done. Thank you for any information you can provide.

The Egyptian scepters were much more simple, simbolic shaped, low details sculptures. this falcon și highly detailed- they never did this. the design elements are from Egyptian jewelry, head, and neck jewelry, they used their favourite simbolic colors: gold-gods fresh, eternal life, deep blue- heavens, place of gods, turquoise - rebirth, deci e protection, red- blood, vitality, strength.
