Description

A roller coaster bogie heavily inspired by Falcon's Flight (made by Intamin) in Six Flags Qiddiya City. When I saw the coaster I wanted to make a model of the roller coaster bogie. This is my 2nd verion building on what I learned from the first over a year ago. I went harder on the details and functionality while doing my best to make it printable.

 

The assembly guide is provided below, with hardware list. Note, it may be that you cannot purchase the exact amounts and have to get more instead.
Some hardware can be swapped out for the non-hardware version. The STL for these parts have ‘alt’ in the name. Alt sometimes do NOT need any hardware or require less (for example the wheels without bearings also do not need dowel pins)

 

Non-AMS alternative available
Can be printed on A1 Mini
Parts should be optimized for minimal supports (some parts still need supports)


Size of the model

This model is roughly 1:4 scale of the real version found on Falcon's Flight.

A height of 250mm, A width of 260mm and a depth of 110mm
