This AAA to AA battery adapter lets you run AAA batteries in devices designed for AA, turning a common, smaller battery into a usable power source when AA cells are unavailable.

Designed with a prepper & survival mindset: simple, robust, repairable anywhere.

 

⚙️ How It Works (Real Talk)

  • No voltage conversion
    AAA = 1.5V → AA = 1.5V
    This adapter is purely mechanical + electrical, no electronics to fail.
  • Physical size conversion
    Extends the AAA to AA length and transfers the negative pole to the bottom.
  • Capacity stays AAA
    Less runtime than a real AA — but power when you need it beats no power at all.

  • Not recommended for high-drain devices (motors, camera flashes, power tools)
  • Runtime depends on AAA battery capacity
