Ospa Monoblock Filter System (approx. 1980) – Disc Valve (reconstructed)
This project represents a faithful reconstruction of the disc valves for an Ospa Monoblock Filter System from the early 1980s. The original parts are generally severely aged, extremely porous, and no longer reliably functional after more than 40 years, and spare parts are no longer available from the factory.
The models provided here were dimensionally precisely reconstructed according to the original valves and are precisely fitting for direct replacement.

Printing Recommendation
- Material: PLA
- High wall thickness recommended
- 100% Infill or very high infill density

Post-Processing / Sealing (strongly recommended)
Since the component is permanently in contact with water and pool chemicals, the printed parts must be additionally treated with a suitable sealant (e.g., Diamant Hydro) to:
- Prevent water absorption
- Increase chemical resistance
- Significantly extend the lifespan
Assembly Note (important)
The brass sleeves of the original parts must be taken over.
These are removed from the old parts and melted into the newly printed valves.
Without this step, proper assembly is not possible.

After more than 40 years of operation, the original parts are typically severely aged, extremely porous, and no longer reliable. Original spare parts are no longer available from the manufacturer.
The models provided here were precisely reverse-engineered from original components and are dimensionally identical, allowing a direct, perfect-fit replacement.
