Dust extraction table saw Dewalt 7492 Bosch C35

The Y-adapter has a connection for the hose of a Bosch Professional vacuum cleaner (C35), also partly for Kärcher vacuum cleaners. However, a C35 adapter is also included, to which a Nilsfisk 36/44 hose can be connected for DIY builds

To use the adapter, you still need a clamping ring from Bosch or Kärcher, which is not included as a print file. I buy the clamping ring from Bosch Professional with item number 1600A011RM for this purpose, alternatively simply via this link https://amzn.to/40yVlYQ

For the chip hood, the printed adapter is simply attached, and the Nilsfisk 36/44 hose is screwed onto the adapter

The Y-adapter is inserted into the Dewalt and has held up well on its own so far, even when swiveling the saw blade. On the adapter is the branch for the chip hood extraction (Nilsfisk 36/44 hose) and the connection is for a Bosch / Kärcher / Nilsfisk C35 connection

If you have a different vacuum cleaner, a Nilsfisk 36/44 to C35 adapter is included on another plate, so you only need to adapt the hose to your vacuum cleaner. The new version v2 now has even more space for an original Bosch C35 connection; it does fit, but it's a bit tight. The adapter included on plate 2 already fits version 1 without problems
