Short 90-Degree Bend for Eheim Aquarium Spray Bar
This is a compact, custom 90-degree elbow connector designed specifically for Eheim spray bar pipes. It allows you to create sharp turns in your spray bar setup, perfect for routing around tank braces, corners, or creating unique flow configurations in your aquarium.
Key Features:
- Secure press-fit design: Snugly fits onto standard Eheim spray bar pipes (compatible with 12/16mm or 16/22mm systems – check your setup for exact match).
- No glue or tools needed: Simply push onto the pipes for a watertight seal under normal filter pressure.
- Aquarium-safe material: Recommended to print in PETG for excellent water resistance, durability, and non-toxicity in long-term submersion (much better than PLA, which can degrade in water).
Ideal for extending or customizing your Eheim Installation Set spray bars where the official parts don't quite fit your tank layout. Great for planted tanks needing directed flow or avoiding dead spots.
Printing Tips:
- Material: PETG (highly recommended for aquarium use)
- Infill: 20-30% for strength
- Layer height: 0.2mm
- Supports: Minimal or none needed depending on orientation
- Nozzle: 0.4mm
