I like my Withings Sleep Analyzer, but I think it has a design flaw for most beds: it eventually falls in between the slats. Once it sags or slides out of place, it just doesn't measure well anymore.

For years I just used a simple piece of cardboard, but one morning I decided to 3D print my way out of that fake problem.

So here we are: I designed this frame to keep the sensor perfectly flat and secure in the “right” spot.

About the design:

• Modular: Can be printed in 2 halves or 4 quarters (depending on your printer size).
• Calibration Friendly: The frame is intentionally slightly wider than the sensor itself to accommodate the automatic inflation/deflation calibration cycles.
• Material Efficient: Large cutouts where slates are to help save filament. Version without holes also available.
• Secure: Includes multiple screw holes for mounting (no need to use them all, just a few should do).
