Zündapp LED Wall Sign (double-sided & illuminated)

This project is a must-have for every Zündapp fan and workshop owner. It is a high-quality, double-sided logo sign with a sturdy wall mount, optimized for optional LED illumination.

Design Features:

• Double-sided Logo: The iconic Zündapp emblem is visible on both sides of the sign – ideal for mounting on walls where the sign can be seen from both sides.
• LED-Ready: Inside, there is a 10 mm deep recess specifically designed to accommodate LED strips (e.g., 5050 or 2835 SMD). This allows for impressive indirect illumination of the logo.
• Stable Mounting: The wall mount is designed for maximum stability. The sign is securely screwed to the mount.

Required Accessories (Hardware):

The following parts are required for assembly and mounting:

• 2x M4 Threaded Inserts: These are melted or pressed into the designated openings of the wall mount.
• 2x M4 Countersunk Screws: For flush and secure attachment of the sign to the holder.
• LED Strip (optional): 10 mm width for the internal recess.

      Material Recommendation:

• Indoor Use: PLA is perfectly sufficient here and is particularly easy to print.
• Outdoor Use: Here I recommend PETG (or ASA), as these materials are UV-resistant and more heat-resistant to direct sunlight.

Mounting Instructions:

1. Insert threaded inserts into the wall mount.
2. Glue the LED strip into the sign's recess and route the cable through the opening to the mount.
3. Attach the sign to the mount and secure it with the two M4 countersunk screws.
