For all the 90s rally nostalgics: the Lancia Delta HF is one of those icons you can recognize from a silhouette. Boxy, aggressive, and absolutely legendary.

This is my CyberBrick take on that spirit — a compact, clean, printable rally replica built to be fun to assemble and even more fun to drive.

This is also my very first CyberBrick model, so I went for a build that’s solid, beginner-friendly, and satisfying from the first test run.

Printing

The print is generally simple, but a few parts need supports. Don’t worry: just use my print profiles and everything should fit nicely without headaches.

Prototyping. The model took about 60 hours. I had a lot of fun doing it.

Assembly

The CyberBrick  part listed here are only for the car itself! If you prefer you can just buy the CyberBrick Hardware Kit (ZK004) to have everything needed included remote controller parts.

For the assembly of the car, follow the included guide.

Important: controller required

Don’t forget: you must also print and assemble the official CyberBrick controller from the official MakerWorld link, otherwise you won’t be able to drive it.

Bonus!

An adjustable street cone is included so you can build your own circuit! You can also use my scenery rocks to mark the boundaries.

V2 goal

If we reach 500 total downloads + prints, I’ll make a V2 upgrade with working front and rear lights. 👀🔥

Print it, build it, and let it rip — 90s rally vibes included! 🏁🔥🚗💨

I used a drone battery strap and an Insta360 X4 for the POV video.

Have only printed the internals so far, but its generally a beautifully designed bit of kit. Instructions are clear, and everything fits together in a very satisfyingly precise manner. Only comment would be the front piece the board sits on is a bit fragile, broke it just putting the thing together. Knocked up a modified version for my car before i reprinted it, made it way stronger. Really nice model though, gonna have a play at designing my own shell for it.

N1 - the USB-C to the back, then you immediately have an "exhaust" ;)

I love how bare-bones simple the internals of this car is. I'll be trying this out and will use it to learn cyberbrick fundamentals. Thank you!
