Description

Brew Group Latch - Philips Saeco X-Small

Simple latch to hold the brew group in place for Philips Saeco HD8645 Xsmall super-automatic espresso makers.
The housing of the HD8645 Xsmall is too flexible and allows the brew group to move, pushing the puck bin out of position causing errors.

Brew group misalignment with the grinder leads to coffee grounds flying everywhere.

You'll need a stainless M4 screw 4mm x 20mm and nut to attach the latch lever to the latch base.
Re-use the housing screw on the bottom of the machine to attach the latch assembly.

No supports needed, print as pictured. I went with 6 perimeters.

Update 05 2025: After 6 months of daily use (3-6 shots) no issues with a PLA version.

Update2 01 2026: Been over a year now with the original PLA version and still working great.
