  • Functional piston motion powered by a simple flick or twist
  • Driveable by cross head screwdriver (electric drill or impact driver to enjoy the ultimate RPM)
  • Compact design that fits comfortably in your palm
  • Satisfying tactile feedback and rhythmic movement

šŸ› ļø Print Tips:

  • CLEAN THE BED and make sure a good adhesion for crank shaft assembly and bearing.
  • For best results, i suggest use 8*14*4 ball bearing for a frictionless spinning. However, you are also welcomed to use my 8*14*4 bearing for this engine. Link below, make sure use the profile with DT (double teeth). You may need several turns to loose the inner and outer ring;

  • The print file works well with PLA, if you want to use different filament, try different hole compensation for best results.

šŸ› ļø Assembly Instructions:

  • Thread the four cylinder heads with the crankshaft assembly
  • Put the crankshaft assembly on lower block and put upper block on top
  • i have the sacrifice layer for bolt connection (marked by red circle). Use screwdriver to poke through it and clean the excessive filaments. Put on three bolts from the bottom
  • Fr side: bearing--front pulley nut

    Rr side: bearing--spacer--interface plate--interface plate cover

Done. Now you have a great engine to play with. Smooth robust and good for display. Hope you like it and any questions. LMK

Next engine is porsche flat 6. 85% done, stay tunned….
