Description

Boost Me (for free)

Boost this model if you want to see more holsters!

This is a high-end speed holster for 5 inch 2011, DS1911, Bul Armory, Staccato pistols (real or airsoft). Also suitable with Reddot optics.
The holster features a smooth locking mechanism that engages the trigger guard.
This ensures that the pistol does not accidentally fall out of the holster between stages or when running with the weapon holstered.
The principle of the locking mechanism is locked or unlocked, the mechanism does not have to be operated every time to draw the weapon. (important for IPSC rules!)

The holster attaches to the hanger via the 3-hole Bladetech pattern. 3, 5, and 8mm spacers are included, and a second design with a longer mount adapter.

The file Holster2011_wider has a sligthly wider inner profile, because some pistols are a bit wider on the frame. Asking for feedback what fits best!

Mounting works via M4 carriage bolts and suitable sleevenuts.

Additional parts list for one holster:

2x Spring, 8mm Diameter, 1mm Wire Diameter, 10mm length
1x Sleevenut M4x25mm plus Screw M4x8mm
1x Sleevenut M4x8mm plus Thumbsrew (for draw tightening mechanism)
3x Carriage bolts and sleevenuts (length depends how much spacers you install, we recommend bolt lengths of 15, 20mm and 25mm and 10, 15, 20mm sleevenut sets)

You can print it FDM, but for high end use we recommend printing it SLS out of Nylon PA12 GF filament or PA12 without GF. It also works when completely printed out of PETG. PETG also makes the locking mechanism move smoothly.

We also recommend using a Hanning T1000 Holster Hanger for best use.

Fits Staccato P perfectly. Printed in PETGCF for strength and the slick texture to make draws easier. Now I have to find all the required metric hardware in the US 😂

update: got all the hardware in and it works great mounted to my hanger. only issue is the spring for the thumbscrew is too thick for my front sight to clear, so will have to get a thinner OD spring.

Printed the taller sight model to fit the MAC DS9 Comp. Paired with @AuxArc 's parametric holster hanger, and one of his pucks I modified to fit Bladetech hole patterns. Need to paint the nasty silver screw.

I mean it'd be worth a try. Maybe with some pa6-cf it would be rigid enough

Looks like an excellent model. For the Blaze you have pictured, did you use the "Wider" model? The Blaze drawing shows 24.85mm slide width and the standard model only has 24.7mm width. I downloaded the "Wider" model, and it looks like the slide clearance is 25.5mm so I'm assuming you used that one?

😂 no problem, it needs magtech pattern mounting holes, you need a hanger system that supports that
