Ski Glove Wrist Cinch Strap Buckle Slider Adjuster
Print Profile(1)

Description
This is a 3D printable replacement for the plastic wrist cinch buckle (also known as strap adjuster, slider buckle, or ladderlock) commonly found on thick ski/snowboard gloves and mittens.
The original part is often red plastic and allows you to thread the wrist strap through it, then slide to tighten the glove around your wrist – preventing snow and cold air from getting inside while providing a secure fit.
Perfect for repairing broken or lost buckles on brands like Hestra, Black Diamond, Outdoor Research, or generic winter gloves. No more buying new gloves just because of a small broken part!
Features:
- Designed to fit standard ~25-30mm wide wrist straps (common on most ski gloves).
- Strong and durable geometry – prints without supports.
- Easy to slide and lock the strap in place.
- Exact replica of common designs for perfect compatibility.
Printing recommendations:
- Material: PETG or ABS for better durability and flexibility in cold weather (PLA works but may be more brittle in freezing temperatures).
- Infill: 50-100% for maximum strength.
- Layer height: 0.2mm or finer.
- No supports needed – orientation flat on the bed.
Print it, save your favorite gloves, and hit the slopes!
If you have a specific strap width or need modifications, let me know in the comments!
