Description

This 3D‑printed lamp is designed to work perfectly with the IKEA Stråla cord set (around €5). Simply feed the cable through the top opening, slide it into place, and secure it from below using the small cap with a drop of superglue. Once assembled, the entire cord set sits inside the print, giving the lamp a clean, fully finished look.

The design has a warm retro vibe and prints beautifully in a range of colors. I’ve tuned the print speed and layer height specifically for this model, so the final result comes off the printer as a true “finished product”—smooth, sturdy, and ready to use. It takes a bit longer to print, but the quality and durability are absolutely worth it.

A simple, stylish lamp with a classic feel—easy to assemble, easy to print, and perfect for adding a touch of character to any space.

Hey mate the tolerance of the light doesn't fit the australian version of the Ikea strala. Some photos attached.

Actually, you’re doing it the wrong way around! You need to push the plug through the hole first. It’s a very tight fit for an EU plug (it just fits), but once it's through, you can pull the cable and the power switch through after it. Then you’ll reach the lamp socket and it will fit perfectly. Let me know if you manage to get it!

Other Issues:It's not compatible with ikea strala cord. Waste of time and filament.
