Description

Tilt Window Exhaust Hose Adapter

This adapter guides exhaust and ventilation air safely outside through a tilted window and connects to standard 100 mm exhaust hoses.
It clamps into the window gap and provides a stable, removable solution without requiring drilling or permanent window modifications.

Hose Connection

  • Designed for 100 mm exhaust hoses
  • Tapered inlet from 98 mm to 100 mm
  • Connection length: 26 mm

Optional Louver Front

An optional louver front piece can be attached to the adapter:

  • Allows placing an insect protection mesh behind the louvers
  • Helps deflect rain, reducing the chance of water entering the exhaust hose
  • Can be used with or without the louver piece

The louver front is printed separately.

Louver Mounting

  • Secured with 2 × M3 screws
  • Minimum screw length: 8 mm
  • If using M3 nuts, use 12 mm screws

Window Requirements

To fit correctly, the window must open wide enough so the adapter can be inserted at an approximate 45° angle.
This angle refers to the adapter orientation, not the opening angle of the window itself.

Required opening width:

  • Upper part of the adapter: approx. 50 mm
  • Lower part of the adapter: approx. 43 mm
  • Required opening height at the insertion area: approx. 200 mm

Printing Notes

  • Total parts: 2 (adapter + louver front)
  • The main adapter requires minimal support only
  • The louver front does not require any supports
  • Recommended material: PETG or ASA for better outdoor resistance
  • PLA is suitable for indoor or temporary use
