SAE 2pin connector for Bosch charger

Inspired by the towdog project, I slightly modified its design and adapted it to make everyday use a bit more convenient.

I added a small hanger so the cap can stay attached to the cable, adjusted the fit and dimensions, and made the whole thing cleaner and more practical for daily charging use.

I originally designed this cap for my Bosch C70 Car Charger, but it should also fit many other standard SAE 2-pin connectors with a similar shape.

The idea came after noticing that connectors permanently installed in vehicles are often left completely exposed when not in use. This simple cap helps keep dust, dirt, and moisture away while also making the connector easier to handle and harder to lose.

I recommend printing it in TPU for the best flexibility and durability.
Only minimal support is needed under one pin. For best results, print TPU slowly and, if you use a PEI textured plate, a thin layer of adhesive is recommended😅
