This is a hand held diamond hoe. The blade travels just beneath the surface severing the plant from its roots causing them to pass. The low angle of attack allows the blade to glide easily through the dirt. I have used my full length one I bought years ago and loved it but wanted a hand held version for my raised beds so I made this. Makes super quick work of a very tedious gardening chore. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I have mine. I leave mine out right in the beds since its plastic (PETG and one from PCTG) and won't rust. That way its always right there! I have used mine for over a year and have not yet need to replace the blade but that is doable on this model. Just print a new blade and swap them out.
