Description

Updated:  Additional profile for Maker's Supply LEDs. Light kit works with printed model, no need to reprint anything!

This is an HO scale representation of Peggy's Point Lighthouse, located in Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia Canada. Reportedly Canada’s most photographed lighthouse. Haven't been there but will visit soon hence the representation part. This was modelled using images from searches with some added touches so not quite a replica but close. If you look closely, you’ll notice the eave missing from the third floor window. There is a warning on the lighthouse - …savour the sea from a distance. More than once has a sightseer been unfortunate.

The windows and door are printed using matte and transparent pla. The light is also transparent PLA but will work with anything. The cupola is the only part that is a bit of a friction fit and the roof does require supports (sorry but they are easy to remove). It is delicate so try not to push down on the roof when inserting.

The rock base has two negative objects that I used to route wires for LEDs i installed, re-orient for your purpose or remove if not needed. The final plate is optional as it is used as a mask insert to keep the infill from showing if you plan to light the lighhouse. Masking tape also works well.
