🟢 Dust-free Sanding Table for Raysin & Plaster Molds (4-piece)
This compact sanding table was specially developed for low-dust sanding of Raysin, plaster and similar molds. Thanks to the multi-part construction, a sanding mesh can be securely fixed and effectively combined with an extractor.
With a 240 grit sanding mesh, sanding off burn marks on laser-engraved wood also works very well.
For an ideal non-slip stand, I glued anti-slip pads underneath.
🔧 Construction (bottom to top):
- Base Body (PLA)
Sturdy base body with connection for a dust extractor. - Seal (TPU)
Ensures an airtight connection and prevents false air. - Perforated Disc (PLA)
Distributes the vacuum evenly under the sanding mesh. - Clamping Ring (PLA)
Securely fixes the sanding mesh without tension.

- Supports dust-free or low-dust work
- Sanding mesh quickly and easily replaceable
- Modular design – all parts can be printed separately
- Compatible with common sanding meshes (round)
🖨️ Print Recommendations:
- PLA for base body, perforated disc & clamping ring
- TPU for the seal (flexible, Shore ~95A recommended)
- Support required ( only under the hose nozzle)
- Clean fits with a correctly calibrated printer
