Parametric Traffic Sign 250 “No Entry”

Individually adjustable:

• Size (diameter) of the traffic sign
• Year ("Speed Signaling")
• Model thickness (consists of multiple material layers)
• Colors
• Hole for wall mount

Model construction:
The model consists of 4 layers to reduce filament waste compared to printing on one plane.

The 4 layers are:

- Disc as base plate (normally white)

- Disc for red ring (normally red)

- Inner disc for background (normally white)

- Text (normally black)

All layers are adjustable in thickness in the parameter editor.

For printing:

Print area:

Depending on the size of the model you select in the parameter editor, MakerLab will indicate that elements are outside the print area. This refers to the prime tower, which can simply be positioned on the build plate before slicing. Alternatively, choose a small model size.

Warping:

Since this is a very large model, depending on the chosen size, warping can occur. Please find out what settings you need to adjust on your printer to prevent this.

Personally, for such large, flat print models, I slightly reduce the print speed on my printer and use a Bambu Cool Plate SuperTrack to achieve very good adhesion with my printer setup.

Note on usage:
This is purely a novelty item for birthdays. Do not use it for road traffic.
