Flex Disc Holder for an Ikea Skadis Pegboard

Update: Print profiles added for the A1 mini

This holder holds 18 cutting or grinding discs in 125mm format (115mm also works)

There are different sized slots for thin and wider discs 8x 3mm 4x 8mm 4x 12mm 1x 20mm and 1x 25mm

Each slot is equipped with an ejection lever which tilts the disc slightly forward so it can be removed more easily

The pivot mechanism of the levers is implemented with a piece of filament that you push through the holder after inserting the levers and then heat and flatten slightly on both the right and left sides This prevents the filament from sliding out on its own However you can probably skip this and just cut the filament

The levers can also be printed in other colors if needed to indicate the type of disc (stone metal etc) that is in that slot

If you also use my other holders you might want to place this holder at the very bottom of the pegboard as it protrudes further forward and might otherwise obstruct access to the other holders

If you need other slot sizes or combinations feel free to leave a comment I can then create a customized profile if necessary

Since the contact surface of the first layer is not very large I recommend enabling a brim Only with very well-adhering build plates (Supertack Cryogrip or similar) can you risk printing without a brim I opted for the brim and accepted the slightly higher effort for removal
