35mm Slide Box

This simple box, with easy and intuitive assembly, can hold up to 36 slides on thin mounts. The internal separator helps prevent slides from falling out. The snap closure prevents unwanted opening of the lid.

The frame helps stack two or more boxes; to stack more than two boxes, I recommend securing the frame with a few drops of cyanoacrylate glue, it doesn't matter if it's above or below the boxes.

The label holder should be fixed in position as desired with a few drops of cyanoacrylate glue; the label holder is sized to insert simple paper slips or thin cardstock.

Without claiming to be innovative, this simple project helped me practice 3D design and printing, in addition to being useful for organizing my old slides not mounted on projector trays.
