This 2-piece adapter set allows existing ventilation nozzles in campervans or motorhomes to be used as an effective exhaust air solution – perfect for pop-top roofs, sleeping areas, or condensation management, for example

🔧 How it works

• Part 1 – Nozzle Adapter:
  Connects directly to the original camper nozzle. No vehicle modifications are necessary.
• Part 2 – Fan Adapter:
  Screws directly onto an 80 mm PC fan and simultaneously serves as a connector for a 75 mm exhaust hose.

This creates an efficient exhaust air duct that reliably directs warm or humid air upwards into the pop-top roof or out of the vehicle.

🧵 Printing instructions

The print is deliberately designed without supports – simply print, assemble, done.

Tested print parameters:

• Material: ASA (recommended for heat & UV resistance)
• Nozzle: 0.6 mm
• Layer height: 0.24 mm
• Infill: 20% Gyroid
• Overlap: 55%
• Supports: no supports

These values provided a very stable and low-vibration result for me.
