Description
Unfortunately, the wiring of the room thermostats in the house I purchased was in very poor condition. There were also no flush-mounted boxes available to install the Bosch smart home devices.
For this reason, I designed this surface-mounted enclosure. It can be installed directly on the wall at the point where the cables exit, without having to open up the wall.
I use it with the Bosch Room Thermostat II (230V). The other variants should fit as well.
Two screws are completely sufficient to ensure a secure hold on the wall, but for added safety I integrated mounting options in all four corners.
