Description

This modular drink can dispenser is designed for UK/EU standard cans with a 66 mm diameter, supporting both 330 ml and 440 ml sizes. The system can be configured for large fridges (350 mm shelf) to hold up to 10 cans, or for compact fridges (300 mm shelf) with a capacity of 8 cans.

Two frame sets are included: one for 10 cans and one for 8 cans. All preview images show the 10-can version. Both configurations feature rear evaporator contact pads, which reduce surface contact if the dispenser touches the fridge’s evaporator plate, helping to prevent excessive condensation buildup.

Before printing, simply remove the print plates you do not need in Bambu Studio, depending on the desired can size and fridge configuration.

The dispenser uses a gravity-fed design, ensuring that cans roll forward automatically when one is removed, keeping your fridge neatly organized and easy to access.

Assembly Notes

  • This is a multi-part model that requires assembly
  • All joints are interference fits and may need light tapping with a small hammer
  • Longitudinal joints use dovetail connections to prevent separation over time
  • Side struts use reversed dovetails to evenly distribute stress
  • When printed in PETG, the struts are flexible enough to allow reversing during assembly
  • If you do not plan to switch can sizes, bridge rods can optionally be superglued

Bridge rod selection:

  • 330 ml cans: use the 58 mm rods (1× front, 1× rear, 2× top)
  • 440 ml cans: use the 155 mm rod set

Print Recommendations

  • Recommended material: PETG (food-safe, waterproof, UV-stable)
  • Designed as a multi-part print with assembly required
  • Some dovetail bases include small recesses that require bed supports when printing from STL files
  • Bridge rods can be printed without supports
  • 20% gyroid infill provides sufficient strength
  • Remove supports carefully before assembly for best fit
