Description
A hole template for quilling to insert and glue paper strips.
The template contains 21 different hole sizes.
The template is 2mm thick, but can be adjusted accordingly in Z, but don't forget to uncheck the “uniform scaling” box, otherwise the hole sizes will no longer match 😉.
The common hole sizes are available 3 times to facilitate preparing multiple rings.
Available hole sizes:
5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15mm,
17.5mm (3 times), 20mm (3 times), 22.5mm (3 times), 25mm (3 times), 27.5mm (3 times), 30mm (3 times), 35mm (3 times), 40mm (3 times),
45mm, 50mm
The template shown was printed with a 0.2mm nozzle.
The lettering was printed on the bottom so that smooth build plates or effect build plates can be used.
With a 0.4mm nozzle, the lettering is a bit misshapen but still acceptable (see print preview comparisons in the images)
I used a Smooth PEI Plate so that the surface is smooth.
The size of the print bed for the X and Y axes must be 256mm * 256mm.
Therefore, printing with the Bambu Lab A1 Mini (180mm * 180mm) does not work due to the print bed being too small.
