P2S Active Chamber Temperature (supports Mijia, six-fold temperature interlock, with internal circulation, compatible with P1S)
Print Profile(1)

Description
P1S&P2S Active Chamber Temperature Module
Functions:
1. Supports internal circulation filtration (HEPA+activated carbon)
2. Supports Mijia or HA
3. Supports 65℃ chamber temperature
4. Six-fold anti-thermal runaway interlock design (First: thermostat controls temperature, cuts output if over temperature; Second: heater fan continuously blows air to prevent heater heat accumulation and runaway; Third: selects mature warm air blower products with built-in control circuit board and 220V3A fuse; Fourth: heater with over-temperature control switch, cuts output if over temperature (above 110℃); Fifth: with shell temperature detection, cuts heater output if over temperature; Sixth: connected to Mijia, linked with Mijia temperature and humidity sensor to achieve over-temperature power cut-off or warning)
Currently, the P1S version has been developed, and the P2S active chamber temperature is in design. Those interested can follow up for future updates.
Update Log
20260102 Updated P2S active chamber temperature module. The circuit and wiring methods remain unchanged, but the installation method and shell detection mounting screws are different. The module is fixed using the M3 mounting holes on the left inner wall of the P2S. Due to the forward movement of the air outlet, M4*15 ultra-thin head screws are used for shell detection.

Warm air blower purchase suggestion: It is recommended to choose a low-power version of the warm air blower. There are many versions of this type of warm air blower available for sale, such as 140, 180, 200W, etc. The air outlet temperature of a high-power heater is higher than that of a low-power one. When ASA-CF printing material is selected and shell detection is set to cut off at 105℃, a high-power warm air blower cannot reach a chamber temperature of 65℃, with a limit of 60℃ (reaching 60℃ will trigger the shell temperature detection power cut-off), while the 140W version can stably maintain 65℃.s
