Ensure the arrow is oriented toward the extruder.

Press the part into the gap, then slide it forward (toward the extruder) until it locks into place. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out.

[Notes]

This model was created to address issues encountered when printing with all three PTFE tubes installed—particularly binding near the front door (AMS interference) and unwanted contact with the side window.

The PTFE tube holders I was previously using could not keep up with rapid toolhead movement. Over time, one came loose and, in my case, became lodged in the cutter after a print. This design aims to prevent that failure mode and provide more reliable tube management. If you’d like any adjustments or variations, let me know.

[Material Recommendation]

I am currently printing this in PETG, which has worked well so far. However, ABS may be a better choice for users running higher chamber temperatures or frequent heat cycles, as it may better tolerate long-term thermal stress.

They work great! Printed with ASA.

Did you have to shorten the hose for it to fit like this

Unfortunately, it doesn't work at all for me, it always complains that the filament pressure is too high and aborts the print, a shame

Nope, I cut brand new PTFE exactly to Bambu's recommended lengths.

The best of all filament hose holders for a P2S: the one that guides the hose along the side. Very satisfied.

Printed with ASA and worked great. Didn't use the 3 slot clip next to the print head. Seemed to hold the tubes at too much of an angle. Was afraid it would cause feed issues. **UPDATE** Well, I wanted to love these but either the tubes or the clips are wearing away as I watch. Printed with ASA and like I said above, had no issues except being too tight by the head. But the shavings around the tubes where it fits through the clip are showing shaving from it rubbing. Both top and bottom tubes show wear in multiple places. This is a major issue and unless you can redesign to incorporate the rubber bushings of the factory clips, I will have to return to the factory ones. Great idea but not quite there. I will be happy to return to a 5 star if we can work on a resolution. Thank you for your efforts!

Perfect. I used ASA for the hotter filaments. Great work.

Great idea! Does your design include a slot to hold the air hose on the H2D when using the laser?

I don’t have one to confirm, but it looks like the same OD as PTFE tubing, which should work. If you can confirm or run into any issues / want changes, just let me know.

The air hose is 6.15mm OD.

@ovrlndr Appreciate the information—I’ve uploaded a profile with a couple of options. If you’re willing, please test it and let me know if any changes are needed.

Why do you have three PTFE tubes going to the hotend?

For me - when using external rolls - I need to bypass the buffer. Leaving that third line just speeds up the swap -

Bed adhesion can be tricky. What filament and build plate are you using?

I am thoroughly impressed with this! The quality is top-notch, and it functions exactly as described. It's clear that a lot of care went into the design and functionality. It has exceeded my expectations in every way. If you are looking for a reliable, high-quality solution, look no further. I will definitely be purchasing again and recommending this to others. 5 stars!
